This newly renovated attic in a central location in Bregenz, within a townhouse over 440 years old, offers three bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for five people.

During the renovation, special attention was paid to preserving the building's history. Historical materials such as centuries-old wood, original doors, wrought ironwork, and locks were reused wherever possible. This has created a unique atmosphere in the two-level apartment, which has a 6-meter ceiling height and reminiscents of an alpine chalet.

Despite its historic appearance, the apartment features state-of-the-art equipment.

The apartment has 90 square meters of living space with two bedrooms furnished with Swiss pine double beds. On the second level, there is an additional bedroom with a single bed, as well as a chill-out area with a hammock and two beanbag chairs. The 30-square-meter terrace offers views of Bregenz's old town, the Martinsturm tower, the Pfänder mountain, and Deuring Castle, inviting you to chill.

The flat is in the 3rd floor. There is no lift.

Free parking in a nearby garage is included (for cars with a maximum length of 5m and a maximum height of 2m).

Bregenz train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the center of Bregenz. The lakeside promenade is a 5-minute walk away. Bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops are nearby.
